There is but it is hacky. Basically if you store a Map in the geometry 
user data, and that map has a value keyed by "gml:id", then the encoder 
will output an ID.

See GML3EncodingUtils.getID(Geometry) for details.

gml:coordinates is deprecated in GML3 hence the use of posList. It would 
not be too much work to add an option to switch between the two.
