Also, not that the THreadedEpsgFactory appeared from Geotools 2.4 onwards, what version of Geotools is contained in RepastS? http://javadoc.geotools.fr/2.5/org/geotools/referencing/factory/epsg/ThreadedEpsgFactory.html Finally, my guess is that the problem is stemming from a concurrent, threaded access. Maybe there is no conflict if you have only two processess, but with more it causes problems.maybe try to fill a bug in Geotools?
