Hi,
I have encountered Sextante which is capable of performing lots of
geospatial analysis, but it is licensed in GPL and I cant use it in our
proproetary project.
Can you recommend any other library? In fact we need line of sight, cross
section, distance measurement ,eg relatively simple anlysis
