There is a maven plugin that lets you combine several jars into once; and just take the parts you are going to use ...

We actually combined several of the jars into one large main jar in order to cut down the number of small jars; that does not really help you now :-( One thing to watch out for when combining jars it to merge the META_INF/services directories.
