Hi Ezequiel - I don't think anyone has been able to answer your  
question because it is not specific enough.

GeoTools is a java library focused on hacking away at map information  
in the java programming language.

If you are trying to write a web page and are looking for a good  
javascript library to help I recommend open layers(http://openlayers.org/ 
). Open layers will draw a map you have published through GeoServer.

You can also ask open layers to render some content in the browser as  
the user is drawing it.
