OK.  Thanks, Roman.  I was able to pull down some feature members using
their example code, but I cannot get to the data I want out of the
feature member xml using the GeoTools way...

Very frustrating.  Oh well, back to digging...

Did you ever figure out how to get a feature list from a bounding box
using the GeoTools way?  I've been trying to work with the sample code
Judy provided with no luck.
