Hi I am attempting to pregeneralize my shapefile in order to improve the repaint performance. I looked through the Feature-Pregeneralized section in the docs (http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Feature-Pregeneralized) but I can not seem to get it to work so that a particular pregeneralized shapefile is selected when the user zooms in or out of the JMapPane. I am using GeoTools 2.6.1
Do you have a more complete example to show how this could be done?
