The wiki page is maintained by the community and is out of date.
Please review the test cases that are provided with the code; they serve as the 
up to date runnable examples.

GeoTools used to only reply on test cases for examples; and this is the reason 
why.

The wiki page does provide a link to the test cases:

I think that Builder is now called "Generator" ?
