I've spent the day wandering (and wondering) through the source tree but I'm at a loss as to how I can set a NODATA value for my GridCoverage (or even just in my GeoTiff) - there is clearly code there that handles NODATA values but it seems to either not be called or is ignored by the writer.
I'm pretty sure that this can't be that hard but the only example I can find (http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg02248.html) uses a builder that seems not to work any more and assume that I have geophysics data instead of a simple raster of doubles.
