This is not an error but a "simple" warning telling you that geoserver
didn't find the GDAL libs (therefore, in case you need to use some plugins
leveraging in GDAL like MrSID, DTED or NITF, they won't be loaded).
However, this is not causing your actual issue, since the GeoTIFF plugin
doesn't leverage on GDAL.
Therefore, I recommend to do the checks previously suggested by Andrea Aime,
regarding JAI-ImageIO installed on your machine.
