We should be able to set up a MathTransform; and then call the JTS utility
class to swap the coordinates around; I never got a satisfactory answer on how
to set this one up?
It could be just doing the affine transform by hand would work:
[ 0 1 0 ]
[ 1 0 0 ]
[ 0 0 0 ]
However there is another approach; you could make sure when you read in your
data that the CoordinateReferenceSystem acrutely describes your data (with the
axis order they employ). As long as the CoordinateReferenceSystem description
matches the data you can transform the features to other coordinate systems and
render them.
