Um I am, and always have been on volunteer time for this so I was out of time 
before I started :-)

I am making a uDig release tonight and thus cannot promise when I will get to 
this; it sounds like you need something to link to right now?

Idea - could we put a placeholder in so you have something to link to?

Also for this specific section I was trying to ask you if we could combine it 
all into one big long page? If you agree you could simply link to the seup (ie 
http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/library/coverage/jdbc/setup.html) and 
call it a day.
