gt-jdbc-oracle is better. everyone should use this one.

gt-oracle-spatial: old implementation, deprecated wherever it exists, 
has been removed from trunk, will not be included in any future release. 
It was never well supported.

gt-jdbc-oracle: new much improved implementation, shares code with other 
jdbc implementations. This is NG = New Generation; main factory class is 
OracleNGDataStoreFactory. Many bugs fixed. Supported.

Behaviour of the new plugin is pretty much the same from the user point 
of view.
