I found a couple issues with the JPL server when I last used it a month or so
ago. Here are my notes:
* The map server only supports 512x512 tiles and image/jpeg
* All querystring parameters must be lowercase

Maybe it's a problem with location. I know that from Italy that wms server is
unreachable,
following the link I get a 403, access forbidden error, but last time I tried
it was accessible
from machines in the USA.
