Hi Guys

I was migrating our build engine over from buildbot to Jenkins for some
testing, and we had a few 'strange' errors during the build process.

2 'standard users' (not super users) on linux both build the Geotools
codebase, one passed all unit tests and the other repeatedly failed them. It
was suggested that the /tmp folder get emptied and a build redone. The
failing build now passed, and the other one now failed.

I am speculating it is to do with file permissions and writing/deleting
content from the tmp dir, and was wondering if there needs to be some extra
checks about using tmp or if it's just how our build slave is setup.

Regards,

Terry Rankine
