We don't have a list. Instead you can usually find, or at least infer,
that information from the javadocs for a class which list the module
and jar at the bottom of the header section. Unfortunately that info
is presently missing from the PostgisNGDataStoreFactory page.

The equivalent DB2 page illustrates what should be there:

http://docs.geotools.org/latest/javadocs/org/geotools/data/db2/DB2NGDataStoreFactory.html

You'll see that it includes these lines:

Module:
modules/plugin/jdbc-db2 (gt-jdbc-db2.jar)
Source repository:
http://svn.osgeo.org/geotools/trunk/modules/plugin/jdbc/jdbc-db2/src/main/java/org/geotools/data/db2/DB2NGDataStoreFactory.java

Now that doesn't actually say anything about the groupId. I'll see if
can update the custom javadoc taglet that we use to generate this info
to include the groupId as well.

Meanwhile all you really have to remember is to use
"org.geotools.jdbc" for the JDBC modules and "org.geotools" for
everything else.

Hope this helps.

Michael
