Hey Michael,

Well I don't think there has ever been a hard rule about this.. but my
understanding of the "unofficial" policy is that there should not be any
"recruiting", or any advertisement of any commercial services on the
mailing list itself. In the past the recommended medium has been the blog
for such things.
