Have a look at some other examples online; sometimes the same parameter has

It is more in the parsing side of things; given the numbers you gave earlier I 
am going to assume your CRS is measured in meters or something? As such they 
want to know where in the world you are starting to measure from.

Do you mind cutting and pasting your .prj file into email here? I am not really 
good enough at them to help translate all the bits; indeed you should probably 
go and grab a GIS textbook if you are really interested.
