It depends on your usecase if for example a Coordinate[] is fine or your need a more compact representation. You don't give much information but could it be that you just use a lot of coordinates?
Check if you use the most appripriate CoordinateSequence implementation or write your own. BTW, do we speak about the JTS coordinate?
