900913 is not an official EPSG code.
If you have only gt-epsg-hsql the equivalent and official EPSG code is
EPSG:3857

If you want to be abel to decode 900913 you have to add, in addition to
gt-epsg-hsql, also
gt-epsg-extension (and a recent version of it, that code has been added in
February)
