I generated such a shape file

Then I`m creating multipolygon (the polygons of one color are united to one
polygon).
The next step I`d like to do: smooth boundaries between multipolygons. What
techniques are there?
I found that JTS utility class has smooth method in javadoc, but doesn`t
have it in the latest gt-api-2.7.5.jar. Is it removed or moved somewhere?
