Hi Jakub I cannot understand the language of the postgres message but it seems to be a problem in the sql statement.
Please look at the mapping file in http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/library/coverage/pgraster.html You have unneeded xml elements in your mapping file, please remove them all.
