Hi Simon,
I think the problem is due to having an unnamed/unknown coordinate
reference system. To be handled by geoserver, the datasets should be
referred by proper EPSG codes.
Not sure why it is working on your localmachine and it doesn't on your
server...
Can you share with us a sample image so we can debug it (and potentially
improve it the imageMosaic logging)?
