Lately I successfully generated the bindings for CSW, you might want to
have a look
in the xsd-csw pom.xml, might (or might not!) give you some hints
What actually caused me more grief until I understood it better was the EMF
model
generation. Basically my mindset was focused on getting the code generated
from
XSD properly as a one shot thing, while instead the successful workflow is
something
like:
* generate once from XSD
* take the generated interfaces, throw away the implementations and schemas
and consider the interfaces the new source for the model
* modify the interfaces at will, reload the model from them and
re-generate, iterate until you get what
you actually want (e.g., proper package names, fixing return types,
fixing cardinalities
that sometimes EMF gets wrong from XSD and so on)
Cheers
Andrea
