Yeah, but there is too much AWT in use and also the drawing api is not
the same. Not sure that it is all that simple.

Could not yet find anyone willing to work on that I would trust and
that would make a real offer based on a good understanding of both
worlds.

Well, re-writing the whole AWT stuff is a really hard work. Anyone up
to rewrite Affinetransform :)
