Dear all, Is there an option to turn off the truncating of the shapefile attribute names? I know this is in the (very very old) standard, but I believe that many softwares ignore this limitation, right ( did not check this for a while, but seem to remember so)? Is there a way to do so? SimpleFeatureTypeBuilder.length did not seem to work ( I assumed it gets ignored in shp datastore).
