hi all, my last posting shares a weird result using the feature tutorial...after no solution was found I desired to go to the next chapter... the CRS Tutorial. http://docs.geotools.org/stable/userguide/tutorial/geometry/geometrycrs.html Copy the code - without any mods - into eclipse run the applictaion everything went as desired, but when pressing the export button an IOException messagebox occur, which say "Schema "bc_border" does not exist" [bc_border is the declared dataset for usage) A Shapefile is written but with no geometrical neither attribute information all is a 1kb ...the PRJ is the only correct file - thats all.... is there anything happend in 10 with the Shapefilewriter??? As suri told in 9.3 everything wents as desried...
