Hi everyone, I would like to transform some coordinates in EPSG:2033 (NAD27(CGQ77) / UTM zone 19N) into WSG84. There is no Bursa Wolf parameters available in EPSG:2033 (http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/2033/).
I can do it with a lenient transformation, but it is possible to achieve that with a Grid Shift File? I guess the Canadian NTv2 file since the area of this CRS is Canada - Quebec. Maybe there is other alternatives?
