Nope
prj2epsg has two search modes, the first one uses the code you provided,
and when that works,
it provides a single result. If it does not, it means an exact match does
not exist.
When that fails, it switches to a full text search based on Lucene, that
uses the parameters
of the projections as search keywords, and you get back results of all
types, including
some that are similar to the one you've passed
