I'm using geoserver which is using the Geotools v11.0 xml framework based
encoder to create a Capabilities WMS 1.3.0 document. The Name element contains
a colon character but the actual document parses the element and only shows the
prefix.
Ie.
Name is originally imagery:goes_13
Document only shows <Name>imagery</Name>
Do you know if geotools allows for special characters?
