Hello,
unfortunately the search mechanism of this mailing list seems to be broken, therefore I would like to ask this question before searching the archive: When I try
CoordinateReferenceSystem crs = CRS.parseWKT("esri WKT prj for 31467 put in here");
it gives me for
Integer epsgCode = CRS.lookupEpsgCode(crs, true);
always the deprecated code 31463. First, I thought I made a mistake defining the coordinate system in ArcGIS. But when trying http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/31467/esriwkt/ , it gaves the same deprecated 31463 code. OGC-WKT works, unfortunately all shapefiles I get are produced with ArcGis. Is this a bug, a feature or my misunderstanding? Can anybody please help me with this problem?
Thanks,
Jessica
