It turns out that copying and modifying StyleGenerator to do this was pretty
straightforward.

Subject: [Geotools-gt2-users] Not drawing boundary outlines for polygons

Hi geotools-gt2-users,

I am creating some choropleth maps and want to not draw the boundaries of the
polygons. Does anyone know a good way to do this?

I have tried specifying a Stroke with zero width and opacity = 1.0, but this
has not worked. I am using StyleGenerator and was thinking to copy this class
and change it so that the Stroke Color was the same as the Fill Color. I'll try
that shortly once I've waited a bit for any advice...

Thanks for your help,

Andy
