Hello.

What I have - a huge territory, shapefile with US borders.
Another shapefile - about 20-50 points in this territory.
I want to interpolate (on the whole territory, technically it's
extrapolation also) with geotools TPS algorithm.

Issue I have - value range of interpolated picture is huge. I know that the
values should be in range, for example, 0.5*minValueFromPoints and
2.0*maxValueFromPoints.

How can I do that with Geotools TPS?
