Hi Gaby,

Aggregate functions on a collection of features may do the trick:

Subject: [Geotools-gt2-users] Doing operations on columns

How do I do operations on a shape file’s column?
In other words, I would like to get the max or min of the values for a given
attribute, for example.
Can I do this with filters? And if so, where can I find an example?
Thank you
Gaby
