First you forgot to include the geotools user list in your email - unless
you are planning to hire me to solve your problem then please don't send
email directly to me again.
Second your problem is very poorly defined.
You say the view is too slow - what exactly did you try? how did you create
the view, what indexes do your tables have on them, is there are
requirement to use Oracle (because that will probably be the problem)?
Are you only going to run this process once (in which case why worry too
much about speed) or many times (in which case will the filters change)?
FInally why don't you include some code for us to comment on?
