I wish to use one of the formats shown here: WAF, GridFloat, ArcGrid, IMG, etc. https://catalog.data.gov/dataset/national-elevation-dataset-ned-1-3-arc-second-downloadable-data-collection-national-geospatial Please advise to the easiest way to do this.
