Hi Hiroo, I don't have good news... the code to support transformations involving vertical CRSs (and transformations involving compound CRSs) is simply not there.
Of course it can be added, but It's a large change, and not something that anyone can do (complex math involved, missing infrastructure that needs to be created)... the only option on the table here seems to be getting in touch with commercial support and get a quotation about this development.
