The reference to gt-xd-kml seems fine. 20.2 is really old, the current stable is 26... that said, the jars seems to be in the OSGeo repo: https://repo.osgeo.org/#browse/search=keyword%3Dgt-xsd-kml:e0188ed0728fa68f3f0e787d276055a3
