Hi Jody: Will try to create a reproducer if I can isolate. Might actually be a build tool issue as I just realized I do have a standalone project using similar imports and this same framework that does package to native just fine. In this current effort there are a lot of maven sub-modules so that might be where I'm hitting an issue.
