Several geowankers already have those, but the funny thing is they  
only work in limited areas. But for $8/yr you can get emergency evac  
with them. Now if only they weren't bright orange.

Perhaps a service to trend a person's typical twitter/blog/email usage  
and watch for disparities - especially that coincide with Dopplr/ 
FireEagle location updates in areas that have dynamic data to indicate  
a potential volatile area.
