I believe the best date is Friday or Friday/Saturday - May 22/23 . That's what I have been searching for. Doing it before Where 2.0 makes no sense. For those booking their flights; I'm opposed to pushing this before Where 2.0.
Granted - yes - one day is not so great. But it isn't "time" it's "venue". The real issue is venue. The requirement is a space with a few good rooms, internet, late night hacking, _that is available_. The gracious Yahoo offer meets most of this criteria. We have not seen a weekend venue in our price range. Suggest a venue! - it's the only way to really be effective here if you want more... You know what we need. Our budget is 5k for venue at max. We simply have not been able to find a venue that offers friday/saturday at < 10k ~ 15k. If you are a corporation with some extra space - here's a chance to step up to have a couple hundred of the worlds foremost map makers in one space. - anselm On Sun, Mar 22, 2009 at 7:28 PM, P Kishor <[email protected]> wrote: > for the benefit of all those innocent bystanders watching this > scheduling exercise but with no iopportunity to attend it, the damn > thing should be renamed to "Whencamp" > > On Sun, Mar 22, 2009 at 6:13 PM, SteveC <[email protected]> wrote: >> gah!
