I can't speak for anyone else. I'm not "done". There's still lots of data I want that I can't have. In fact, as "we" become more professional, I suspect that will become more true for those of us unwilling or unable to move into doing it professionally. Likewise, events seem often geared toward people with money behind them, and that leaves people out. I think some things are "done", leaving new areas of need.
