At the Google Maps chat I asked about the non-commercial, non-compete
licensing of their Mapmaker Data Download. As Mikel pointed out on:

The licensing allows for NGOs, but not really for hackers. They were
definitely intrigued by this and we're going to talk more. What would
you want in the Mapmaker Download? What would you want to be able to
do with the data?
