One of the members suggested that I start my search for a used PaleoGIS/ArcGIS
computer or available licensed software on this site. I have been studying
plate tectonics as a hobby for nearly 30 years and I would like to put some of
my ideas to work on a computer. I understand that there are some student
licenses available at a reduced cost but I'm 66 yrs old and on a fixed income
so my resources are limited and the idea of going back to school just doesn't
strike my fancy. I would appreciate any ideas from the members about what or
where to start looking. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
