We have pulled some of this data from GeoEye and are hosting this on
IAS, a JPIP (JPEG2000) streaming service

http://iasdemo.ittvis.com (click on the red banner)

Clicking on the browse links will launch a java webstart client. JPIP
is great in constrained / high contention networks and we hope it will
be of use in the relief efforts.

Please contact me if there is other data that we can host that will be
of use to responders in the field.
