No meeting tonight, because we'll be seeing each other tomorrow. If you're looking for something to do, Ignite Portland is happening tonight at the Bagdad. If you want to know what's happening when, check http://www.wherecamppdx.org/specifics/ or refer back to the detailed schedule in last week's email. There are several urgent things to get done today and tomorrow. If it involves you, you probably know already, but let's review. Signage: We need at least one big sign with the WhereCamp logo and all of our sponsors. Justin, Reid, can you coordinate graphics to get this done today? We also should make some "Welcome to WhereCamp" door signs that have space to draw in an arrow to indicate which way the open entrance is. Beer: Reid says Widmer agreed to donate a keg, but I don't know what info Rafa will need on pickup tomorrow afternoon. Past experience suggests he'll just need to tell them who it's for and leave a credit card number for the keg deposit (they only charge if we fail to bring the keg back) Foods: First priority is to pay for Saturday lunch. Justin, this requires one more call to Nicholas, yes? Do they need payment in advance or at time of delivery? I got a quote from the people we used for coffee last year and if we're going ahead with that we need to give them a call with a credit card for payment. CivicApps needs info to call and order Saturday's pizza--Reid and I will follow up? Sat AM pastries from Pearl Bakery also still need to be ordered. I've made arrangements to go shopping for soda, snacks, and other supplies tomorrow during the day. Badges: I have no idea what the status of this is. Plz help.
