Hi William

Just one more to add to the list...  EasyGeoCloud.

It's on the cusp of launching...  goes live next week.

It's not an online GIS, but it offers cloud solutions that allow people to host
their own mapping sites.
Starting with Ordnance Survey's Open Data in a windows based Amazon Machine
Image they offer 3 AMIs (stack of Open Source Software, the OSS plus raster
mapping and OSS plus raster and vector offerings).

The plan is to create a Linux version next and extend the geographic coverage.

The pricing is pitched to save hugely on existing solutions and save a heap of
time for anyone initiating new GIS projects.

Please stay in touch with EasyGeoCloud.com.
