Well, I know I bought a decently upgraded ticket. Fortunately we can
fall back to the origin of BarCamps that can run on shoe-string
budgets, money out of pocket and in-kind donations.

Regarding being before hand, that has always been the concern, and
time to test it out. Fortunately since Where & the industry has gotten
more established there have been fewer launches that result in "wow
that changed everything!" And in fact everyone will not be burned out
from the long week but coming in fresh. So could be even more jazzed
than usual.

At least, that's how I'm looking at it. Let us know what else we can
do to help!
