Cool map.

I did not know about D3 and see some awesome data visualization
opportunities for (historical) OpenStreetMap data. I handcrafted this
some time ago: http://lima.schaaltreinen.nl/bravemappers/ but with D3
that could be a lot easier, and *nicer*!
