Everytime this sort of thing (GPS/GSM tracking of kids) comes up in the
press, no journalist ever mentions the fact that it is the 'receiver'
being tracked, not the person...
Your better off hiding a radio transmitter in their backpack or writing your
own kml files with geocodes that you can extract off the web.
likewise...the safest way is to have receivers implanted into our bodies
tied in to our RFID biometric ID cards... :(
